The Process
STEP 1 – Free Quoting and Design

At SailWorx shade sails Gold Coast all our shade sails have a certain amount of shape or twist in their design. This shape reduces flapping in the wind and improves overall longevity of the shade sail.
When designing a shade sail it is important to consider the sun to determine the best place to position your shade sail.
STEP 2 – Choose your shade sail colours.
When choosing colours there is a lot to choose from. Lighter colours show dirt more easily than darker colours but don’t let this put you off choosing a lighter shade. All shade sails will collect dirt. It always comes down to personal preference.
STEP 3 – Choosing powder coating colours for your posts.
Choosing a powder coating colour for your galvanised steel posts will improve their appearance and help with corrosion and give them a hard, long lasting finish.
STEP 4 – Installing Posts and Fittings
Posts are installed either by concreting in the ground or bolted to existing concrete. Measurements are then taken from the fully installed posts for your new shade sail.
STEP 5 – Installing Shade Sail.
Your Shade sail is manufactured at our Gold Coast factory and then installed approx. 1 week after the posts and fittings have been installed.
STEP 6 – Sit back and enjoy your new shade sails.
