Our Waterproof Commercial Shade sail structures are designed and engineered to council requirements providing all documentation for the relevant authorities.
Our Waterproof Commercial Shade sail structures will provide an extra outdoor dining area which will increase customer seating in wet or dry weather conditions.
With the addition of lights, blinds, heaters and modern décor, the most popular part of a restaurant is always out under the cover of a Waterproof Commercial Shade sail structure.
Step 1 – Post and footing installation.
With this type of Waterproof Shade Sail Structure in order to counteract the high wind loadings the steel structure and footing sizes need to be made considerably stronger.
Step 2 – Structure Frame Assembly
The structure is separated into manageable sections. They are then bolted together with quality stainless steel fittings.
Step 3 – Vinyl Canopy Installation
This process is a two person operation with favourable wind conditions. After the frame is finished being assembled the waterproof vinyl is installed. With the canopy in place the stainless steel tensioners which are placed in the corners can be attached and tension applied to the panel until all the curved edges pull the fabric extremely taught.
